These terms govern access to and use of the Verifier Lab Insider Program.
By purchasing a subscription, creating an account, accessing the Insider Program or selecting the acceptance checkbox during registration, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.
These terms apply in addition to Verifier Lab’s general Website Terms, Privacy Policy and any other terms presented during checkout.

2. Ownership of Insider Content
All intellectual property rights in the Insider Program and Insider Content are owned by, or licensed to, Verifier Lab.
Insider Content may include laboratory work commissioned and paid for by Verifier Lab, proprietary research, original commentary, databases, graphics and commercially valuable information.
Membership does not transfer ownership of any Insider Content or intellectual property rights to the Member.
All rights not expressly granted under these terms are reserved by Verifier Lab.
3. Limited Licence
While a Member maintains an active subscription, Verifier Lab grants that Member a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and view Insider Content.
This licence is granted solely for the Member’s private and internal informational use.
The licence does not permit publication, redistribution, commercial use, promotional use or permanent storage of Insider Content.
The licence ends immediately when:
- the Member’s subscription expires or is cancelled;
- the Member’s account is suspended or terminated; or
- Verifier Lab withdraws access in accordance with these terms.
4. No Public Sharing
Members must not publicly share, publish, reproduce, distribute or disclose Insider Content without Verifier Lab’s prior, express, written permission.
This prohibition includes sharing Insider Content:
- on websites;
- on social media;
- in online forums;

- in articles or publications;

- through any other public or semi-public channel.
Members must not share screenshots, screen recordings, photographs, extracts, summaries or copies of Insider Content where this would disclose information restricted to members.
5. No Sharing With Third Parties
Insider Program access is provided only to the individual or organisation holding the relevant membership.

- allow another person to use their account;
- forward Insider Content to another person or organisation;
- provide copies of CoAs, reports or data to third parties;
- reproduce Insider Content on internal company systems for wider access; or
- use one membership to provide access to multiple unrelated individuals or businesses.
Where an organisational membership expressly permits access by multiple authorised users, access remains subject to any user limits stated in the relevant subscription.
6. No Downloading, Saving or Archiving
Unless a specific download is expressly authorised by Verifier Lab, Members must not download, save, copy, archive or permanently retain Insider Content outside the Insider Program.
This includes storing Insider Content on:

- using any similar wording,
unless that specific use has been authorised through an active Accreditation Licence or written agreement.
9. Accreditation Licence Required for Brand Use
Verifier Lab operates a separate Accreditation Licence for brands that wish to use Verifier Lab testing, accreditation marks, CoAs or related materials publicly.
A brand’s Insider Program membership does not replace, include or provide the rights available through the Accreditation Licence.
Where a brand wishes to publish or commercially use a test result, CoA, accreditation mark or Verifier Lab reference, it must enter into the appropriate Accreditation Licence before doing so.

This includes:
- scraping;

This restriction applies whether the AI system is public, private, internal or operated by a third party.
14. Confidentiality
Members acknowledge that Insider Content is restricted, commercially valuable and not intended for general public distribution.
Members must keep Insider Content confidential and must take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access, copying or disclosure.
If a Member becomes aware that Insider Content has been accessed, copied, disclosed or distributed without authorisation, the Member must notify Verifier Lab promptly.
15. Account Security
Members are responsible for keeping their login details secure.
Members must notify Verifier Lab promptly if they believe:
- their account has been accessed without permission;

- another person is using their account; or
- Insider Content has been obtained through their account without authorisation.

- investigation of suspected unauthorised sharing.
Verifier Lab may suspend access while suspected misuse is investigated.
17. Suspension and Termination
Verifier Lab may suspend or terminate a Member’s access where it reasonably believes that the Member has breached these terms.
Where permitted by law, access may be suspended or terminated without refund if the breach involves:
- unauthorised sharing;
- unauthorised downloading or storage;
- account sharing;
- public use of CoAs or results;
- misuse of Verifier Lab branding;
- scraping or data extraction;

- stop any further use or distribution;
- request removal from any third-party platform;

- injunctive relief;
- removal orders;
- damages;
- recovery of losses;
- recovery of reasonable enforcement costs; and
- any other appropriate legal remedy.
20. No Transfer of Rights
Members may not transfer, assign, sublicense or otherwise pass their membership rights to another person or organisation.
Any attempted transfer without Verifier Lab’s written permission is invalid.
21. Availability and Changes to Content
Verifier Lab may add, remove, update or amend Insider Content at any time.
Membership does not guarantee that any particular CoA, result, report, product or item of content will remain available permanently.
The removal of content does not grant Members the right to retain or archive copies.
22. Changes to These Terms
Verifier Lab may update these terms from time to time.
Where appropriate, Members may be notified of material changes by email, account notification or a notice within the Insider Program.
Continued use of the Insider Program after updated terms take effect will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or connected with these terms, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
