Our accredited tests are fundamentally – in terms of the lab tests themselves – exactly the same as our non-accredited ones – except with two key additional features.
- Accredited testing is performed in conjunction with an annual subscription, which allows supplement brands and manufacturers to use our Verifier Lab accreditation mark and corresponding test level on product packaging, websites, and other marketing materials
- Accredited tests will never be added to our public register of test results (unless express permission from the client is given, in writing, to do so)

OUR PROCESS
The process of submitting your products to us for testing and accreditation follows very much the same flow as any other order placed for testing – the only difference being that you purchase through our ‘accredited test’ product listing, which offers testing ‘bundles’ that correspond to the appropriate accreditation level you are looking to attain.
Once your accreditation test order is placed, we;ll contact you within 24 hours to confirm the subscription fee and arrange pre-authorisation for the first annual subscription, so this can be activated immediately should your product(s) pass testing.
NOTE: Your subscription charge will not be activated/taken until your product testing is complete and it has passed the testing process to a suitable standard (we use either industry and/or regulatory body-advised benchmark standards for permitted contaminant levels and purity standards).
If your product does not meet these standards and fails the testing process – dependant upon the severity and extent of the failure – you may be invited to submit a different sample from a separate batch for testing at no extra charge.
If your product passes, your subscription will become active and you may start using our verification mark immediately.
You are also expected to submit new batches to us, for testing, annually in order to uphold your subscription/verification mark – and so that you continue to verify that production and raw material standards are upheld continually, across multiple batches. A 50% discount is offered on fees for re-testing purposes, and an invite will be sent to you via email around the renewal date of your annual subscription.
SUBSCRIPTION FEE
Our subscription fees for accreditation are charged annually, and the cost of the subscription is dependant on turnover level.
Our current fee structure is as follows:

£0-149,000 £600 (exc VAT)
£150,000-499,999 £2,000 (exc VAT)
£500,000-999,999 £3,000 (exc VAT)
£1m-5m £4,000 (exc VAT)
£5m+ £5,000 (exc VAT)
Subscription fees are chargeable annually, and you must maintain an active subscription in order to continue using our accreditation mark. These charges are in addition to the testing charges that are payable during the checkout process.
Note: Subscriptions are arranged/authorised post-purchase as they require additional verification checks to confirm turnover level. A member of staff will be in-touch within 24 hours of your testing order being placed.
LEADTIME
Order leadtime is 7-10 business days from sample arrival at our laboratory.
DELIVERY OF RESULTS
Results are delivered in digital format only, via detailed PDF reports displaying raw data alongside commentary to translate the raw data into more easily understandable terms, and to explain test parameters/methodology used.
This will be delivered directly to the email address that you submit upon placing your order.
If your product passed (in-line with regulatory-advised and/or established industry standards), then our accreditation mark is also delivered in hi-res digital format alongside our design template pack, with a selection of ready-to-use graphics of differing dimensions that you may begin using on your product packaging, websites, and other marketing materials immediately.
